When I make my daughter peanut butter & jam sandwiches I put Peanut Butter on both sides with the jam in between. This way the jam doesnt absorb into the bread and make it soggy. I also do the same with cream cheese and jam. The sandwiches tend to last longer during big car rides or at school. –Nicole, BC... Read More

Chicken Cucumber Sandwich Recipe
Being a mom to 3 school-aged kids who all have different tastes is more than a challenge when it comes to lunch time. At the beginning of the school year I’m an eager beaver, much like my kids are when they are all hyped up to start their new grade. I love to keep it fresh and new and have plenty of ideas to kick off the new school year with what my kids friends describe as “buffet lunches”. I take that as a compliment. She’s always asking for them! –Haylie, AB... Read More
