A little trick for PB&J!

When I make my daughter peanut butter & jam sandwiches I put Peanut Butter on both sides with the jam in between. This way the jam doesnt absorb into the bread and make it soggy. I also do the same with cream cheese and jam. The sandwiches tend to last longer during big car rides or at school. –Nicole, BC
