Chicken Cucumber Sandwich Recipe
Being a mom to 3 school-aged kids who all have different tastes is more than a challenge when it comes to lunch time. At the beginning of the school year I’m an eager beaver, much like my kids are when they are all hyped up to start their new grade. I love to keep it fresh and new and have plenty of ideas to kick off the new school year with what my kids friends describe as “buffet lunches”. I take that as a compliment.
