A little trick for PB&J!
When I make my daughter peanut butter & jam sandwiches I put Peanut Butter on both sides with the jam in between. This way the jam doesnt absorb into the bread and make it soggy. Frozen Smoothies!
Here’s my tip for lunches that my daughter LOVES: Frozen smoothies. Any smoothie recipe (I use a basic one-1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup OJ, and any fruit you have on hand fresh or frozen). I make a big batch and pour into small round gladware cups. I take one out of the freezer in the morning and by lunchtime it’s thawed enough so that she can eat it with a spoon. Peel their orange in advance!
