Frozen Smoothies!

Here’s my tip for lunches that my daughter LOVES: Frozen smoothies. Any smoothie recipe (I use a basic one-1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup OJ, and any fruit you have on hand fresh or frozen). I make a big batch and pour into small round gladware cups. I take one out of the freezer in the morning and by lunchtime it’s thawed enough so that she can eat it with a spoon.
