I have a hard enough time remembering my name in the mornings let alone trying to wrestle together 2 lunches. Make as much as you can the night before, store it and then throw it in the lunch box at ‘go’ time. I have a set of food storage containers labeled for each child. Organized Containers Tip
My children attend a school that has a balanced school day. For those who don’t know, that means that they have a food break in the morning, and another in the afternoon, rather than one lunch hour at noon. I want to make sure that they have enough to eat for both breaks, and that they don’t eat everything in the first one, so I have numbered containers #1 and #2. This way they know that the containers marked #1 are for the first break, and those marked #2 are for the second break.... Read More
