I have two very hungry boys, sometimes I swear they have hollow legs.  They are also boys who get bored very easily of having the same old thing for lunch every day.  I like to switch things up a bit.  Sending wraps instead of sandwiches, sometimes even salads is a great way to keep them excited about what’s for lunch.  My oldest boy LOVES a good garden salad, “hold the dressing” though, he likes it just as it is.  I don’t tell him it’s actually better for him to go dressing free, we’ll keep that a secret for now....
