Smart and Simple Lunch

Smart and Quick LunchWho knew that in order to have a successful lunch menu for four kids, 5 days a week would be like signing up for the military? Sandwiches Don’t Have to be Boring

Deli SandwichAsk my 7 year old son on any given day what he’d like to see in his school lunch and he will request a bologna sandwich.  While it’s not my favourite, I don’t know many kids that don’t like this childhood favourite.  Still, it can get boring having the same sandwich all the time so I try to change things up during the week....
