When Sunday night rolls around I tend to have the same old conversation with my two girls; “What do you want for lunches this week?”  The usual witty response “I don’t know.”  Sigh, such a big help.  My youngest daughter and I decided it was time to break the boring sandwich routine and shake lunch up a bit.
